About The Pilates Studio
The Pilates Studio, the first Pilates only studio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been open since January 1999. It is conveniently located in the center of Baton Rouge in Bocage shopping center and near Towne Center. In the beautiful setting of the Courtyard at Bocage shopping center, you will be greeted with fountains, plants, skylights, and music. The Studio has plenty of windows and light yet because we are upstairs it maintains a private feel.
Our Apparatus
The Pilates Studio offers a calm, comfortable and inviting atmosphere where you get more than just a workout. We are a fully equipped studio with 5 Reformers, 1 Cadillac, 3 chairs, Ladder Barrel, Spine Correctors, Magic Circles, Big balls, Little balls, and Foam rollers. With limited class sizes, no more than five people, we get to know you and your unique needs. You will quickly become workout buddies due to the small class size. We become a family that offers support and encouragement. We want you to reach your goals and we miss you when you aren’t here.
