The cost is $150. Follow up appointments are $60 for one hour.

What is Postural Therapy?

Postural Therapy involves a series of stretches and gentle exercises called E-cises. It is designed to treat musculoskeletal pain without drugs, surgery, or manipulation. This is accomplished through bringing the skeleton back into proper alignment. Certain E-cises relax overly contracted muscles, which are usually secondary muscles compensating for the weak primary muscles not fulfilling their role. At the same time, other E-cises strengthen the atrophied muscles to restore proper anatomical balance. The goal of this method is to have all eight load-bearing joints, which are the shoulders, hips, knees and ankles, bilaterally aligned with a fully functional musculoskeletal system to keep it that way.

Our studio uses the recommended equipment to enhance your results, but most exercises can  be done at home.

How long will it take?

The E-cises need to be done on a daily basis. It took time and repetition for your body to get out of alignment and into pain, and it will take time and repetition for it to correct itself. Your commitment will be worth the effort when you are moving pain free with energy to spare. Most menus take about an hour sometimes longer  initially.
